Thanks to , we have some additional information and images for the upcoming Transformers Masterpiece MP-39+ Spinout figure.

Up first, we get a sample shot of the packaging artwork for Spinout, which features him running headlong into battle screaming his mechanical lungs out, while his car mode races out in front of him through the desert.

Second, we get a good bio for Spinout, which gives us a lot of detail about the character himself, and his connections to the Diaclone universe. It's quite an interesting read too. Now mind you, this was printed in Japanese and translated via Google, so some things might appear a bit odd, but you can follow the link above to read the original and translate it appropriately.

Check out the packaging artwork and the bio below, and let us know what you think of this 3rd use of the MP-39 Sunstreaker mold below!

● Role… Assault Rescuer
● Inscription on the right side… “Not suitable for prolonging history with trivial details”
● Profile
spinout originally used to be a battle machine of another world's earth, but an ancient computer of Cybertron It is an extraordinary existence that was given a life by and became a super robot life form. Although he is a straight-hearted passionate zeal, he shows strong loyalty to the earthlings and is obedient. It clearly remembers the previous life, which was a battle machine, and has internal anxiety about fighting without a pilot.

The appearance of the Lamborghini Countach LP500S, which is a vehicle form of a spinout, is the element that most strongly shows the mystery and paradox of his origin.
The outline is described below.

[Private record of Delta Magnus]:
Our rush operation to secure the outer space facility which preserved the huge memory data of the ancient cybertron was also the worst development. The facility was severely damaged by the fierce battle between Destron and Quintessa, and much valuable information was lost. Fortunately, he was able to recover Cordon's original memory, but he does not seem to install it. And what we got ... was something that was completely different from what we had expected, shaking the history of Sabertron stars. A robot discovered in the deep depths of Dyadem was stored in the chamber at rest for nearly 10 million years. In other words, from that past, an autobot that transforms into a vehicle on Earth has existed in this world!
What is that? According to the records of the Anterior Zeta of Dyadem, spinouts were originally another dimension of the Earth's fighting machine, a castaway thrown into our past world by some spatiotemporal change. -That is the name of the power that the spinout belonged to. Zetas, who analyzed their spacecraft, seemed fascinated by the story of the battle between Diaklon and his enemy, Walder. Or was it already crazy or hijacked ... Anyway, the Zetas took secret measures in hopes of letting us take over Diaklon's mission. Upon sensing the presence of Walder, he created a genetic command that would take the highest priority for automatic extermination behavior and propagated through the worldwide repair device network. It's hard to believe that there was such an intervention in our race, but there are already examples. That is the , in which the streak that encountered the Walder Corps probe insector mutated. You have to take measures!
If Walder were an evil threat to the left, he would fight anyway. But it should be done by our own will and determination!

Thanks to , we have news that a new Movie Masterpiece figure is set to be announced June 1st at 8pm Chinese time, which is 5am Pacific Time on June 1st in the USA. While there's no clues given in the post as to who the figure might be, the Movie Masterpiece series seems to follow a pattern of releasing a Decepticon, then an Autobot, since 2018 (with MPM VW 'Bee shoehorned in near his eponymous movie). Since Starscream was revealed for a September release, who do you think this next figure will be?

Until June 1st, feel free to speculate away who this will be. We'll be sure to give you all the details as soon as we know them. You can click on the link above, or the Movie Masterpiece logo above to be taken to the post, though naturally, it's entirely in Chinese.

Greetings Seibertronians! While his release is still some ways off, we do have some new pictures to share with you of the forthcoming HasLab release of the chaos bringer himself: Unicron!

These pictures were uploaded by Facebook page . The images themselves were taken from the Transformers Generations 35th Anniversary book that was published by HeroX in Japan. The pictures show a plethora of details molded into the chaos bringer and how his various gimmicks work. We also get to see the scale relating to the included mini figures and the Autobot Shuttle (despite that not taking part in the battle against Unicron). We see a close up of Unicron's detached head, with two broken eye pieces, allowing you to use his head as a prop from the very end of the movie or as seen in Season 3 of the original cartoon.

There's also a breakdown of how he transforms and several shots showing off his planet mode, including one showing him coming up to Cybertron Primus in planet mode!

Thats not all, there's also several pictures showing behind the scenes look at his design, including his planet mode standing next to Titans Returns Titan Class Fortress Maximus.

Have a look through the pictures below and then feel free to share your thoughts in the Energon Pub!

While it has since been taken down, there was a listing on nda-toys.com for Studio Series Devastator. The price listed per unit is 233 pounds, which is the equivalent of $280 USD. And since it costs $260 to buy all the figures individually, the price lines up to the idea that this is indeed those same toys. However, the deco might be different. Some are speculating G1 colours, as we saw in previous releases of the movie constructicons, like Mixmaster. However, since the studio series line is more about the movies than G1 homages this could be about upping the movie accuracy or giving us certain characters in decos closer to their individual characters (like a white Demolishor). You'll let us know what you think. In the meantime, here is the info we were sent by those who saved the listing info before it was taken down.

There seems to be a big disconnect between Hasbro's production and the current retail distribution in the US. Hasbro reports running on all cylinders, providing all the toys needed to fulfill orders while fans are stating how they seldom see Transformers toys, especially at Walmart. Well, some fans, lile Rodimis Prime, have been reporting to us about seeing a new display at Walmart. The display presents the more collector oriented toys in an organized way and include the Earthrise first wave toys (which many still have not seen in saturation at stores), the Netflix Siege redecos and the Cyberverse Deluxes, including the new Hot Rod and Grimlock toys.

For those reporting, this is the neatest their Walmart has looked in years, and the most toys from various Transformers lines they've ever seen all at once so we wanted to share. Of course, if any of you do go out to shop, we wish you stay safe! The particular image below comes from this .

We thank Rodimus Knight for informing us that Transformers Masterpiece MP-51 Arcee is now available on . For most fans, this is usually the cheapest and fastest way to get Takara toys. In this instance, she would only set you back $106 USD for international retailers, since they don't have to pay taxes. You may get import fees depending on where you are, like in Canada, Israel or the UK (the example shown below is being shipped to Canada). There should be no import fees for the US though. The shipping price is around $14 USD and it tends to be the quickest international shipping possible.

Of course, regardless of the price being lower here, the question of whether or not a collector wants this Arcee remains the big one. So let us know!
